FAQs
Is this staff augmentation or a managed team?
The engagement defines whether you direct individual contributors or agree delivery responsibilities with a coordinated team. We make that operating model explicit before staffing.
Can the team use our tools and processes?
Yes, subject to access and security requirements. Repository practices, issue tracking, design handover and review routines are agreed during onboarding.
Are the people shown in the example guaranteed staffing?
No. The example shows role coverage for different milestones. Allocation, availability, seniority and named team members are agreed separately.
How do you handle time-zone overlap?
Working overlap, meetings and escalation arrangements are planned around the people involved. They are confirmed as part of the engagement rather than assumed from office locations.
Can the team composition change?
Yes, through an agreed change and handover process. A shift from building a feature to operating it may require a different mix of skills.
How do we retain knowledge if someone leaves?
Shared repositories, decision records, pairing and documented operating procedures reduce reliance on one person. Transition responsibilities and notice terms are set in the agreement.
What does your next milestone need?
