Yes. Technical leadership, a focused implementation team or a defined handover can sit alongside your engineers. Responsibilities, access and decision-making are agreed before work begins.
Not automatically. We review the current code, dependencies and delivery constraints before recommending changes. Extending or repairing a working system may be more appropriate than replacing it.
No. AI is considered only when it serves the customer task and can be evaluated against a useful baseline. Conventional software may be the better fit.
The primary user journey, integrations, data migration, design readiness and acceptance criteria shape the estimate. We agree what is included, what is deferred and how changes will be assessed before committing to delivery.
We can hand over to your team, support a defined post-launch period or continue with an ongoing engagement. Source access, documentation, ownership and third-party licences are covered in the project agreement.
