A shared-hosting application with encrypted document storage and a staff review console.
ABS Global Ventures needed guests to find its Rohini apartment, understand the accommodation and prepare for arrival. Daphnis handled planning, UI/UX and development, delivering a fast public site with extensive on-page SEO that improved search rankings.
The v4 package runs on PHP and PHPMailer, without a database or Node server.
The form checks image format, dimensions, count and size before issuing a submission reference. It accepts up to ten JPG, PNG or WebP images, each up to 7 MB.
Encrypted records and documents sit in a private filesystem directory alongside the public website. Staff access documents through the authenticated admin interface.
The submission stays saved if SMTP delivery fails. Staff can retry notifications with rate limits; review status remains independent. Emails contain operational details and an admin link, without ID images or public document URLs.
The public form collects the primary guest’s contact details and tentative arrival time, with front/back ID upload controls and a back-not-required option. Up to four additional guests can be added. Arrival details are separate from booking confirmation.
