How can we help?

A callback arrives twice. The balance moves once.

Read this example

Provider event TX-1042 · debit 10 demo credits

  1. First delivery. Event TX-1042 is recorded against the round. Balance: 100 → 90.
  2. Provider retries. The same event ID is already recorded. Return its original receipt. Duplicate recognised.
  3. Records reconciled. One debit entry remains. The retry creates no second movement. Balance: 90 demo credits.

Idempotency keeps a retried provider callback from becoming a second debit.

Provider documentation, test credentials and a sandbox for each connected system.
