Buy my saved stoneware mug in sand.

  1. Favourite opened. Sand is available. The app refreshes the current product variant. Live catalogue checked.
  2. Basket restored. One mug is in your basket after signing in on this device. Customer + cart connected.
  3. Checkout handoff. The selected variant and quantity continue into the store’s checkout. Payment not submitted.

The saved product and customer cart carry through to checkout without claiming a purchase was made.

FAQs

Do we need an app as well as a mobile website?

Not always. We look for a recurring customer task that benefits from an app. Improving the mobile storefront may be the better first step.

Does the app use our Shopify catalogue?

The agreed catalogue, account and cart journeys connect to the store through supported interfaces. We map any existing app or extension behaviour that also needs to work on mobile.

Can customers shop without a connection?

Selected local state can be preserved, but current availability, account actions and checkout require the relevant services. Offline behaviour and recovery are designed explicitly.

Are App Store and Google Play approvals guaranteed?

No. We can prepare the agreed release assets and submission support, but each platform controls its review. Developer accounts and business information must be supplied by your organisation.

Does one-time development mean no ongoing costs?

No. Store subscriptions, developer accounts, infrastructure and third-party services may continue to incur fees. Platform updates and ongoing app maintenance are scoped separately.

Can notifications and deep links be included?

Yes, when there is a clear customer use case. Permission handling, destination screens, opt-out behaviour and measurement form part of that scope.

Why would your customer return?

Bring your store and the repeat shopping task you want the app to improve.
