The tools behind planning a Nepal trip

Find a stay that fits the trip

Search by city or property, choose dates, rooms and guests, then narrow by budget, star rating and amenities. Sorting helps travellers compare the resulting hotel options.

Compare rooms before asking for availability

Property pages show room photographs, bed configurations, sizes and guest capacity. Dates and room choices carry into a WhatsApp enquiry; the team confirms availability and the final rate.

Discover activities by place and interest

Destination and interest filters connect heritage visits, lake outings, wildlife activities and Himalayan flights. Selecting Pokhara brings its experiences into a focused result grid.

Turn an activity into a useful trip brief

Experience pages explain what to do, budget considerations, visit planning and FAQs. The enquiry opens with the chosen experience already attached, alongside dates and group preferences.

Read the route day by day

Trek and tour pages bring duration, inclusions, exclusions and daily plans together. The Everest Base Camp itinerary includes acclimatisation days, with a package-specific enquiry form beside the route.

Search visibility down to the room

The hotel SEO structure connects destination guides, individual properties and room pages.

  1. Distinct search pages

Destination, hotel and room pages use descriptive titles and metadata. Clean canonical URLs keep stay-date variations tied to the same property or room.

  2. Connected information

Breadcrumbs connect the browsing hierarchy. Hotel and HotelRoom structured data describe the property and its rooms using supplied facts.

  3. Content that can be discovered

Sitemaps include destination, hotel and room URLs. Stay guides and related-trip links connect accommodation research with the wider travel catalogue.

One CMS behind the travel catalogue

Strapi connects the public website with the team's content administration.

  1. Hotels and rooms

Separate property and room records organise photographs, amenities, policies, occupancy and rate information, with relationships between a hotel and its room categories.

  2. Trips and experiences

Maintain packages, regional content and supporting media, with published source records feeding the curated experience catalogue.

  3. Publication controls

Draft records stay out of public hotel and experience listings. The frontend reads published content from the shared CMS.

A separate path for travel partners

The Nepal DMC desk gives agents, event teams and group organisers a dedicated proposal form. Business type, travel dates, group size, service needs and budget help the team qualify a commercial enquiry before preparing the itinerary.
