A few practical questions.

Do we need an app-store launch?

Not always. A responsive ordering website may suit QR menus and occasional guests. A mobile app can be scoped when saved preferences, repeat orders or device features justify installation.

Can you connect our POS or delivery provider?

We first check the provider's available APIs, permissions and test environment. Supported integrations, update frequency and manual fallback are agreed before implementation; access is not assumed.

Can several outlets share one system?

Yes, within the agreed scope. Menus, stock availability, hours, service areas and staff permissions can differ by outlet. Shared reporting and central controls are separate decisions.

What happens if the kitchen loses its connection?

We agree which information can be cached and how staff recover pending tickets. A cached menu does not confirm a new order: acceptance and payment status must be checked against the server before guests are told it is confirmed.

What affects the delivery estimate?

The guest channels, number of outlets, POS access, delivery model, payment rules and existing data determine the implementation scope. We agree an estimate after reviewing those inputs.
