Questions before we start.

How is hybrid different from React Native?

A hybrid app renders much of its UI with web technology inside a native shell. React Native uses a different native UI model; the best fit depends on the interface and integrations.

Can one build serve both mobile platforms?

Much of the source can be shared, but signing, native configuration and release testing remain platform-specific.
