Confirm API access, representative records, integration owners and the acceptance process before setting milestones. Allow for platform requirements and review dependencies where they apply; Shopify controls its approval process, so approval or review dates cannot be guaranteed. Hosting and ongoing API maintenance should be scoped separately. ### Should we buy an app or build one?
