### Read this example

Provider event TX-1042 · debit 10 demo credits

1. **First delivery.** Event TX-1042 is recorded against the round. _Balance: 100 → 90._
2. **Provider retries.** The same event ID is already recorded. Return its original receipt. _Duplicate recognised._
3. **Records reconciled.** One debit entry remains. The retry creates no second movement. _Balance: 90 demo credits._

Idempotency keeps a retried provider callback from becoming a second debit.

## FAQs

### Can you keep our existing wallet?

Yes. We build around its supported operations and transaction rules.

### What access do you need?

Provider documentation, test credentials and a sandbox for each connected system.

### Do you handle real-money operations?

The agreed software integration may support them. Financial services, commercial agreements and required permissions remain separate.

## Which systems need connecting?

Share the provider, wallet and available API documentation.
